DESCRIPTION:Our monthly sound immersion takes us inward to a place of peace\, healing\, expanded consciousness. Sound school class of 2022 is featured! \nAbout this Event \nStudents of the inaugural graduating class of sound school will be the featured artists at the September 11th sound meditation. They all have been giving sound meditations and working with private clients and classes of their own this past year. They will be using a variety of indigenous instruments and the ones they each prefer as they work integratively in this very special sound meditation. This is by donation and we are not charging the community the usual $30 to attend. Please come and support these gifted\, open-hearted and skilled practitioners from throughout the south-central Pa. area. \nStephanie Cucina\, Heather Sheets\, Sarah Myer\, Matthew Kramer and Kenneth-Michael Ebert will lead us on another beautiful\, peaceful sound journey to our inner kingdom. \n\nShare this:

DESCRIPTION:Learn how you can save a life. \nJoin us for an information session about Narcan\, an antidote which can reverse an opioid overdose. \nA representative from Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health will explain how to detect an opioid overdose and how to use Narcan to reverse an overdose. \nSpace is limited and registration is required. For your convenience\, this program will be offered TWICE on 9/19; once at noon and again at 5:30PM. The programs are identical. \nThis program will take place INDOORS. Masks are no longer required inside the library.
