Kristin Thiry, MD

Orthodontics

Kristin Thiry joined Dr. Albright in practice in 1998. As you might guess from the name, Dr. Thiry is Dr. Albright’s daughter!

Dr. Thiry aspired to become an orthodontist after spending summers in our office as an orthodontic assistant and laboratory technician during breaks from her schooling. She recognized the incredible impact that orthodontics can have on patients’ lives. Dr. Thiry pursued that goal, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Gettysburg College and her dental degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry.

She graduated with honors from dental school and was inducted into the elite Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Fraternity. She went on to complete an orthodontic residency program at Temple University School of Dentistry. There, she earned her certificate in orthodontics and a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology.

If Dr. Thiry looks familiar to you, it is because Lancaster is her home. In fact, she graduated from Manheim Township High School, and later married her high school sweetheart, John Thiry. Dr. Thiry and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their daughters.
