Come out to the Beer Garden Sundays for a fun and invigorating Flow Class designed for the beginner to intermediate. Movement & breathwork is geared toward experiencing more empowerment, energy and confidence as we begin our Sunday! The Beer Garden will open immediately following class. So please feel invited to stay and enjoy the offerings and the Community.
