Sunday, November 6
9:00 am – 10:00am: Body Ignite class at Athleta, located at the Shoppes of Belmont.
10:00 am – 11:00 am: Private Fit4Mom Shopping Event
*Kids are welcome but must remain in strollers or at moms home base throughout the workout
*Participants are encouraged to bring weights, yoga mat and water
