First Impressions – Insects and Animals – Camp Acorn Acres

June 12, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$12.50

Children combine movement and math to show how they think and feel about animals.
People have feelings about a lot of things. When we learn new things about an animal, we usually feel better about it. This activity is designed for children to notice their first reactions to different animals and then to see whether their reaction changes when they learn more about the animal. Children combine movement and math to show how they think and feel about animals. Each class is held outdoors & designed for children to use their senses to figure things out. Designed for ages 5-12. We encourage each attending child to have appropriate applications of sunscreen and bug repellent applied before arriving. Closed toe shoes are encouraged.
