Sharing the ups and downs of his childhood experiences as one of 11 children, iconic comedian Louie Anderson is one of the country’s most recognized and adored comics, named by Comedy Central as “One of 100 Greatest Stand-Up Comedians of All Time.” A three-time Emmy Award winner, Anderson’s career has spanned more than 30 years. This best-selling author and star of his own stand-up specials and sitcoms continues to tour the country performing to standing-room-only crowds worldwide.
Rita Rudner moved to New York at the age of 15 to dance on Broadway. It was there that she began exploring the comedy clubs of Manhattan. She applied the same learning techniques she had acquired as a dancer to comedy. Rudner developed her trademark epigrammatic style and took a full-time leap from chorus lines to punch lines. As an author, producer, and actress, Rudner’s first love remains stand-up comedy.
