Overdose Awareness & Narcan Training

Learn how you can save a life.

Join us for an information session about Narcan, an antidote which can reverse an opioid overdose.

A representative from Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health will explain how to detect an opioid overdose and how to use Narcan to reverse an overdose.

Space is limited and registration is required. For your convenience, this program will be offered TWICE on 9/19; once at noon and again at 5:30PM. The programs are identical.

This program will take place INDOORS. Masks are no longer required inside the library. We encourage all staff members and visitors who wish to continue wearing masks to please do so.⁠ We expect all patrons to be respectful of others’ choices regarding mask-wearing.
