Join us for a day of respite. A day to slow down, connect with yourself, pour into your wellbeing and relax/retreat. When you sign up for this retreat you’ll experience a gentle yoga class, meals & snacks made by your favorite Dietitian Nikita, 30 minute therapeutic massages and a mindfulness workshop hosted by Amy Labagh, MS, NCC. Enjoy built-in time to relax, read, meditate or even work on something that you haven’t had the time to.
We are so excited to host these Sanctuary Wellness Retreats. Our hope is to facilitate a comfortable space for whatever each participant needs & to help guide participants closer to the holistic wellness that they deserve.
We look forward to providing more opportunitites, events & resources that foster the need for pause, reflection & rest in the midst of busy lives.
Each Retreat is limited to 10 people.
The Space: The Firehouse Library is a cozy, beautiful space filled with character in the heart of Elizabethtown. This historic building which once sat as the town firehouse is now designed as a relaxing rental space with thousands of books, tall ceilings & beautiful design aspects around every corner.
