Ally Wascavage has been in the fitness industry since 2014, teaching Zumba in the Lehigh Valley area. From there Ally grew her following, eventually becoming certified in Barre, general Group Fitness Instruction, Personal Training and other different specialties along the way. Also, earning her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences, studying more on how food affects training and exercise. 

Ally has a wide range of knowledge in corrective exercise, core strength, mobility, flexibility and how whole, nutritious foods can be medicine for the body and mind. 

After about nine years living in the Lehigh Valley, Ally decided to rebuild her life in Lancaster where she has been teaching at the Hempfield Rec Center and I Am Limitless teaching various classes such as Bodyweight Bootcamp, Barre and Sweat N Sculpt along with personal training. 

Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, CPR & First Aid Certified, FitTour Certified Group Instructor, FitTour Certified Barbell Instructor, Barre Above Certified Instructor, & ACE Corrective Exercise Specialist
