Rachel Cunningham is a wife and mom residing in Red Lion, PA.  She has been married to her husband, Brent for nearly 19 years.  They have three children: Noah, age 14; Jacob, age 12 and Megan, age 9.  Her oldest is homeschooled and attends a local co-op one day a week, taking 5 classes, much like a junior high school is structured.  Her two younger children attend a local Christian school that uses the Covenant Learning Model, with direct instruction at school three days a week and guided instruction with the parents at home two days a week.  Currently, Rachel works as the Admissions and Advancement Coordinator at Grace Academy of York where her younger children attend.

Rachel is passionate about many things, including her faith, her marriage, advocating for human trafficking, health and wellness, and being a crunchy mama.

Over the past 10 years, Rachel has led teams of 300-500 in growing their businesses in relationship marketing, with the most recent being a company called Trades of Hope.  In the past 8 years, she has sold over $136, 000 worth of products empowering families and women out of poverty and dire situations such as human trafficking and abuse.

While she loves her day job, empowering others to grow into who God called them to be and lead them to be better than yesterday is her mission, outside of her family.  She also has been able to do this in the area of health and wellness, growing a Facebook community of over 2,000 women whom she strives to encourage and inspire daily to achieve new healthy habits.

This has also led to her wanting to learn as much about how to heal the body naturally as she possibly can, thus why she considers herself a “crunchy mama”.  Whenever home remedies and healthy alternatives are available, Rachel will use those for her and her family first over western medicine. However, she believes that western medicine serves a purpose too!

Rachel is excited to share her gift of writing coupled with her ability to encourage and inspire others through her articles here.  Be sure to peek at her fair-trade gift online shops as well as a wonderful company to consider for natural supplements.
