Louis A. Marotti is a neurosurgeon specializing in the treatment of adult degenerative spinal disease, spinal instability, adult spine deformity, spinal fractures, neurostimulation for chronic pain, and tumors of the brain and spine. Dr. Marotti received his MD degree from the Yale University School of Medicine and PhD in Neuroscience from Yale University Graduate School.

He completed fellowship training in spine surgery at New England Baptist Hospital, formerly part of the Harvard Healthcare System, in Boston, MA. He is a member of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons, the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the Pennsylvania Neurosurgical Society, and the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Marotti
is Board Certified in Neurological Surgery. He currently serves as the Chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at Lancaster Regional Medical Center.
