Join United Zion Retirement Community for their 2022 Annual Car and Motorcycle Cruise on Tuesday, August 9th from 6 pm – dark at Lancaster Evangelical Free Church (LEFC) on 419 Pierson Rd, Lititz, PA 17543. With over 200 show vehicles, food trucks, and hundreds of spectators, this event is sure to thrill any car enthusiast.
Goodie bags and dash plaques are provided to the first 100 registered vehicles; plaques and certificates will be awarded to winning show vehicles by celebrity guest judges. Over 23 awards will be given out including Best Accessory, Best Paint, Best Restoration, Best Racing Care, Best Motorcycle, Best Interior, and more. This event is open to all vehicles and is free to the public. Admission to show any vehicle is by a suggested minimum donation of $20 for pre-registered vehicles online at uzrc.org or $25 at the door. Show cars need to be parked by 5:45 PM. All show vehicles are on pavement and have owners plenty of space to showcase their features. All proceeds support benevolent care at United Zion Retirement Community, which provides assistance should a resident’s own resources become inadequate to cover the full cost of care.
Lickity Split Ice Cream, Bricker’s Famous French Fries, and Rad-ish Food Truck will be on hand offering dinner as well as sweet treats. Music entertainment will be provided by DJ Bob Rudy. If changes are needed due to inclement weather, those will be posted on United Zion’s website, uzrc.org, and on United Zion’s Facebook page. The rain date for the event is Thursday, August 11.
